London Day 3:
Day 3 was all about sightseeing. We started bright and early at the Changing of the Guard. It was insanely crowded and we ended up leaving a little bit early since it was so hard to see anything (and people are rude). We then went to the Royal Muse to look at all the Queen’s Carriages. Of course, I had to ask which one Kate and Will rode in, but they didn’t have it. However, they did have the one Harry and Pippa rode in, so that sufficed (pictured below). From there we went to Selfridges to shop and get some nosh (there’s my British Slang). They had the coolest roof-top terrace for lunch and it was quite delicious. From lunch, dad and I said our goodbyes to mom as she had a business call, so we went where anyone else in London would… Parliament. We also explored the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and then had a lovely (and HOT) walk back towards Buckingham Palace and eventually to our hotel. We ended this fun day at Tom’s Kitchen, where mom and I had once read Kate and Will ate, so obviously we had to too. They have some of the best fish & chips, I highly recommend it!
